摘要
高级船员是航运企业的核心人才,随着市场经济的发展,高级船员的流失严重。本文在对高级船员流失现象进行分析的基础上,提出解决船员流失的对策。
Ship officers are the core competition of a shipping company .Along with the development of economic, the loss of ship officers becomes more and more serious. Based on the analysis on the present situation of the loss of ship officers ,the article thus provides several countermeasures to solve the problem.
