摘要
我国航海院校为了履行经1995年缔约国大会通过修正的《1978年海员培训、发证和值班标准国际公约》,都建立了《船员教育和培训质量体系》。质量体系连续有效运行奠定了人才培养质量的良好基础,是提高航海院校人才培养质量的有效途径。
With the purpose to implement International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers,1978, as amended in1995, the marine universities and colleges in our nation have built a quality system for seafarers training. The continual and effective function of the quality system has laid a better foundation for cultivation of talent, which is the effective approach for the quality improvement of seafarers training
