摘要
航海实习是培养学员航海技能的重要实践环节,是提高学员实作能力的重要手段,是增强学员适应未来海上工作能力的根本保证。本文从教学实践出发,结合实际情况,阐述了在航海实习中加强学员航海工作能力的培养。
The Navigation practice is an important aspect in developing the students’ marine skills, is the main means of improving their work abilities, and is essential for them to do their work best in the future. In this paper, developing the students’ marine abilities during navigation practice according to teaching practice is discussed.
