摘要
海员是公认的风险职业和艰苦职业,海员队伍随着海运业的快速发展而日益重要。为适应海运发展需要,促进海员队伍健康发展,本文结合海员职业特点和管理难点,对海员数量、结构、素质、管理等方面的管理对策进行了研究。
Seaman occupation is regard as the one with risk and toil generally ,but the seaman teams are becoming more and more important as the sea transportation develops faster and faster. In order to make better need for this situation and facilitate a sound development of seaman team, this paper researches a new manage countermeasure about the quantity, allocation, quality and management to seaman teams.
