近年来,我国国际货运代理行业发展迅猛,数量日趋增多,但各公司发展水平不均衡,风险防范能力有限,使得货运代理行业责任险广受关注。本文将分析我国国际货运代理行业责任保险发展的现状及瓶颈并试图提出一些解决对策。

In recent years,China’s international freight forwarding industry is growing rapidly,the amount increases continuously,but each company’s level of development is not balanced,risk prevention capacity is limited,so the liability insurance of freight forwarding industry is concerned widely.This paper will analyze situation and bottleneck of liability insurance development in China’s international freight forwarding industry,and try to put forward some countermeasures.
