摘要
我们党的历代领导集团都相继确立了民生的思想,可见民生对政府社会会管理的重要,十七大报告也将"加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设"作为一章单列以示其重要性。基于此,本文就从民生的角度对我国政府社会管理进行了浅显的探讨,试图探索中国特色的社会管理模式。
