船舶垃圾管理中存在的问题与对策

随着社会的进步和人们对海洋环境保护的认识与加强,船舶垃圾管理也越来越被世界各国重视。但在船舶实际营运过程中,由于各种因素的影响,船舶垃圾管理在各个环节上还存在很多问题。本文首先介绍了船舶垃圾管理的意义,紧接着分析了目前船舶垃圾管理中存在的问题,最后提出了几点促进船舶垃圾管理的对策。

With the progress of society and the increasing awareness of people’s marine environmental protection,more and more countries around the world are paying more attention to ship garbage management,but due to various factors,there are still many problems in ship garbage management in various areas.This paper introduces the significance of ship garbage management,then analyses Problems existing in Ship garbage Management,and finally proposes some countermeasures for promoting ship garbage management.
