摘要
为提高海事监管水平,必须加强对我国海事行政执法人员的绩效评估,准确把握执法人员的工作状态和具体实绩。本文首先简单介绍了海事行政执法人员进行绩效评价的现状,指出了构建海事行政执法人员绩效评价的原则并构建了海事行政执法人员绩效评价指标体系,最后运用基于组合定权的模糊综合评价法对海事行政执法人员进行了实例评价。
In order to ensure the effect of law enforcement officials in maritime system,we must carry out the performance evaluation. This paper firstly introduces the situation of performance evaluation of law enforcement officials in maritime system,then proposes the principle of establishing Performance index system of law enforcement officials in maritime system seafarer,and establishes the Performance index system,finally makes a example of performance evaluation of law enforcement officials in maritime system with Fussy Overall Evaluation method based on Combining Weighting.
