语言与文化密不可分,语言是文化的产物,也是文化的载体。每一种语言都有着丰富的文化内涵,深入研究语言的社会文化因素,培养文化洞察力,已成为外语教学的一个重要途径。阅读教学作为外语教学的重要环节,把文化背景知识贯彻到阅读教学中去尤为重要。本文论述了文化导入的重要性以及文化背景知识在阅读理解中的重要作用,并探讨了阅读教学中文化导入切实可行的方法。

Language and culture language and are inseparable.Language is the carrier and container of culture.Each language is rich in cultural entailment.Study on cultural factors and cultivation of cultural insight have become an important approach in foreign language teaching.The reading teaching is of great significance in language teaching.English teachers should help the students improve their English reading comprehension ability by imparting them cultural knowledge.This article analyses the importance of the cultural knowledge and acculturation in reading comprehension.It also provides some ways and suggestions for acculturation in reading course.
