摘要
本文通过对当前高等职业技术院校辅导员队伍的现状分析,找出了问题,剖析了原因,并针对现状积极思考并提出了加强高等职业技术院校辅导员队伍建设的对策。
The situaton of assistant in current vocational technical college was analysed in the paper.It also give some advice about how to improve the construction of assistant in vocational college.
