摘要
世界航运业的迅猛发展和有关国际公约要求的颁布实施,对现代海员素质的要求日趋提高,而我国海员的语言素质不尽人意,急需航运教育培训机构改革教学内容和方式,进行语言和文化知识并重、强化跨文化语言交际能力的培养。
The rapid development of the world’s shipping industry and the promulgation and implementation of international conventions, the quality requirements of modern seafarers is rising, while the unsatisfactory quality of our language of seafarers, maritime education and training institutions need reform of teaching contents and methods,language and cultural knowledge both to strengthen cross-cultural communication skillstraining.
