摘要
新课改实施已近十年,取得了一定的成绩,但是在农村小学实施仍步履维艰。本文以东昌府区付老庄中心小学为例,分析其教学现状与新课改理念在以下几个方面的冲突:管理者、教师理念落后与新课改要求树立新理念的冲突;课堂中教师主体与学生主体的冲突;单一课程结构与多层次课程结构的冲突;以分评价与发展性评价的冲突。
The new curriculum reform has been held nearly ten years , and has been got considerable achievements. However, it meets difficulties in rural primary shools. This article take Fulaozhuang corner primary shool in Dongchangfu for example, to analysis the conflict between its teaching situation and the ideas of the new curriculum reform.the manager and teachers’ backward ideas conflict with establish new ideas; teacher as subject conflict with student as subject in classroom; single curriculum structure conflict with multi-level curriculum structure; evaluation rely on scores conflict with expansibility evaluation.
