着眼部队第一任职需要,强化《航海基础》课实践教学

To strengthen practice teaching of ‘Nautical Foundation’ aim at the first served requirement in troops

一个合格的海军军事指挥员,必定是一个合格的航海人员,不仅应具有坚实的航海理论基础,而且还要有丰富的航海实践经验。《航海基础》课实践教学是培养学员综合军事素质的有效途径之一,是培养合格指挥军官必不可缺少的重要环节,也是满足部队第一任职需要。航海技能的好坏是学员综合军事素质的表现,通过强化《航海基础》课实践教学,掌握熟练的绘算与操作技能,培养认真、细致、准确、正规的工作作风,培养独立分析和处理各种复杂局面的良好心理素质和能力,全面提高学员的军事航海技能。文章着眼部队第一任职需要及院校《航海基础》课实践教学现状,提出强化实践教学的方法与对策。

A qualified naval commander must be a qualified maritime personnel, not only should have solid theoretical foundation and navigation, but also has a wealth of maritime experience. The practice teaching of ‘Nautical Foundation’ is one of the effectifve ways to train comprehensive military quality of students, is the indispensable segment to cultivate qualified commanding officers, and meet the troops need of first served. The comprehensive military performance of students are reflected through seamanship. With strengthening the practice teaching of ‘Nautical Foundation’, students are cultivated with mastery of plotting, operation skills, and seriously, meticulous, accurate, formal style of work, the cultivation of independent analysis and processing all kinds of complicated situations of good psychological quality and ability. Focusing on the first served requirement and "Nautical Foundation" teaching present situation in colleges, methods and countermeasures in strengthening the practice of teaching are proposed.
