我国海外投资保险制度的新构想

China’s overseas investment insurance system of new ideas

随着我国经济高速发展,国际贸易不断增长,海外投资发展迅猛,但是复杂的国际市场经济环境下,我国政府对海外投资的保护力度缺乏,虽然设立了海外投资保险制度,但远远达不到现实要求,鉴于此,笔者建议采取三大举措予以应对:完善海外投资保险制度,利用多边投资担保机构公约,探索实行互惠贸易,以期为我国海外投资保驾护航。

With China’s rapid economic development,international trade is growing,and the rapid development of overseas investment,the complex international environment of market economy, the lack of protection efforts of the Chinese government on overseas investment,although the establishment of overseas investment insurance system,far less than reality requirements in view of this,I suggest to take three major initiatives to counter it:escort the perfect overseas investment insurance system,the Convention on the multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency,to explore the implementation of reciprocal trade,in order for China’s overseas investment.
