摘要
从某种意义上说,餐饮从业人员素质的状况直接决定了我国餐饮业能否继续保持旺盛的发展态势、能否真正实现可持续发展。本文在全面分析我国餐饮从业人员素质状况的基础上,深入剖析了我国餐饮从业人员素质偏低的原因,以此为基础提出了一些切实可行的提高我国餐饮从业人员素质的具体措施。
In a sense,the quality of directly determine whether the catering industry in China will continue to keep vigorous development,can truly realize the sustainable development.Based on the comprehensive analysis of quality conditions China's catering personnel,this paper elaborates the cause of low quality and puts forward some practical measures for the improvement of catering practitioner's quality.
