Thoughts on Teaching Reform in Ideological and Political Theories in Applied Undergraduate Institutes

应用型高校思想政治理论课教学总体良好,但也存在着令人堪忧的问题,高校自身、大学生以及思想政治理论课教师自身等都存在问题。不分文理和专业的大班教学制度、教学无法吸引学生、思想政治理论课教师以外工作人员的不当言论、学生缺乏自制力、考核方法不适应学生的需要、实践环节无法保证等共同造成问题的产生。而要解决这些问题,可以考虑从构建"大思政"教育管理体系、重视人文通识教育、发挥教师自身优势提高教学水平、相近专业合班教学、采用多元化考核方法、加强课堂管理、加强对教育工作者不当言论的管理等方面入手,形成科学和谐的育人体系和环境,力求培养出德才兼备的应用型人才。

The teaching of ideological and political theories is generally good but also alarming. There exist some problems about universities, university students and teachers in charge of the course as follows: There is no choice of science or liberal arts or major of large class teaching; Students have no interest in teaching; Teachers' and staffs' improper remarks; students' lack of self-control; inappropriate assessment methods; lack of practice link. All these can be solved by building 'big ideological and political education management system', paying attention to humanistic and general education, giving full play to teachers' advantages for the improvement of teaching level, teaching for integrated class by related discipline, using diversified assessment methods, improving classroom management and preventing educators' improper remarks, which lead to the formation of a scientific and harmonious educational system and environment for the cultivation of applied talents equally stressing integrity and ability.
