基于转变经济发展方式的工业城市旅游转型研究——以湖北省黄石市为例

On Transformation of Industrial Cites into Tourist Cities Based on the Change of Economic Growth Mode——Taking Huangshi of Hubei Province as an Example

本文以典型资源型工业城市黄石市为例,采用案例研究和问卷调查的实证研究方法,从产业现状、居民感知和转型路径三个角度阐述了基于生态文明建设的工业城市旅游转型。研究发现:(1)形成以黄石国家矿山公园核心吸引物为中心区域的多方位旅游资源整合是实现黄石市成功向旅游城市转型的必经之路;(2)黄石市向生态旅游城市转型极大程度上依靠当地居民的参与意识;(3)营造良好的环境是黄石市城市转型的基础,发展生态旅游更要以此为前提。

With Huangshi, a typical resource-based industrial city as a case, the paper studies the industrial cities' transformation into tourist cities in three aspects ---the present condition of the industry, the citizens' perceptions and the transformation path. Through questionnaires and case study, the survey yields the following results:firstly, to achieve successful transformation, it is necessary to integrate multi-faceted tourist resources together with National Mine Park as the central attraction;secondly the successful transformation relies on the local residents' participation; thirdly,good environment is fundamental to Huangshi's transformation, which is also the premise of eco-tourism development.
