素食因其绿色、健康、安全等特点,日益成为消费者关注的热点,素食产业的发展也呈现出方兴未艾之势。本文通过对武汉素食产业现状分析,探讨其发展中存在的问题,并提出对策建议,为行业管理部门和相关企业提供参考。

Vegetarian food is becoming consumers' favorite because it is green, healthy, and safe. As a result, vegetarian industry also shows a rising trend in its development. After an analysis of the present situation of vegetarian industry in Wuhan, the paper investigates its problems, and puts forward some suggestions in hope of offering some reference to the industry management departments and the relevant enterprises.
