On Cultivation of College Students' Consciousness of Law and Order——Reflections Based on "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis"

前,在高校不断推进依法治校的历史背景下,新形式下适应新常态以《思想品德修养与法律基础》课程为主要渠道对大学生进行法治意识的教育是应有之义,同时以培育校园法治文化,不断拓宽法治文化宣传途径,发挥文化育人的功能,以求实现有效搭建起全面法治化社会的国民基础。

In the background when Chinese universities are giving publicity to the concept of running the univer-sity by law, it is a duty to improve college students' consciousness of law and order through a series of actions to adapt to China's new normalcy. The main approach to improve students' legal consciousness is to offer the course"Ideologi-cal and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis". To build a national foundation for a society ruled by law, it is necessary to fully exert colleges' function of education by fostering on campus a culture of law and order and further broadening the publicity channel of legal culture.
