在新旧动能转换的背景下,乡村旅游发展迎来了新的历史时期,通过分析前人对乡村旅游研究的成果,在此基础上,运用定性的研究方法,分析滨州市乡村旅游发展的条件,对滨州市乡村旅游的发展进行了梳理,归纳出滨州市乡村旅游的分类、现状,对乡村旅游资源的吸引力进行了剖析,并且通过SWOT分析法对滨州市乡村旅游发展的影响因素进行了界定,基础设施、经营状况、收益及管理等方面的问题,依据问题,提出相应的对策,结合实际的案例,提出发展滨州市乡村旅游升级模式,以供参考。

In the context of kinetic energy transfer from the old to the new,rural tourism has ushered in a new historical period.Based on the present literature on rural tourism research,the paper adopts qualitative methods to analyze the rural tourism development conditions in Binzhou City.Then,it decides the classified type of rural tourism in the city,and analyzes its present state,its appealingness.Next,with SWOT analysis,the study identifies the factors influencing its rural tourism development-infrastructure,operating conditions,revenue and management.Targeting at these issues,it puts forth the corresponding countermeasures.Illustrating with the actual cases,it also presents the upgraded model of rural tourism in Binzhou city as reference.
