摘要
继蒸汽机的出现、大规模生产和自动化发展之后,出现了智能制造时代即'工业4.0'时代。在明晰工业4.0时代的主要特征以及其关键技术相互关系的基础上,探讨大数据、人工智能、物联网对烹饪加工的影响;最后,对在其影响之下的烹饪加工的发展趋势做了展望。
Following the successive emergence of steam engine,mass production and the development of automation,the era of intelligent manufacturing,namely'industry 4.0',has come into being.The study analyzes the impact of big data,artificial intelligence and Internet of Things on cooking processing after clarifying the main characteristics of the industry 4.0 era and the relationship between its key technologies.Finally,the paper prospects the development trend of culinary processing that is influenced by the industry 4.0 version.
