新媒体时代环境群体性事件的演化机制及治理研究——以“昆明PX事件”为例

The Evolution Mechanism and Governance of Environmental Group Events in the New Media Age:Take“Kunming PX Incident”as an Example

环境群体性事件频繁发生,严重影响经济发展和社会稳定。新媒体时代下,环境群体性事件呈现出新的特点。从社会利益冲突和信息传播理论角度出发,基于昆明PX环境群体事件,借助百度搜索指数工具,探索环境群体性事件的演化传播机制。从大数据思维角度提出有效防止环境群体性事件发生对策,这就是通过线上线下相结合,制定应急管理预案、网络舆情监控、事中应急管控等措施,及时有效地化解环境群体性事件。

Environmental group incidents occur frequently,which have a serious impact on economic development and social stability.Under circumstances of the new media age,environmental group incidents have taken on new characteristics.From the perspective of social conflicts of interests and the theory of information transmission,with the help of the Baidu search index tool,we have explored the evolution and propagation mechanism of environmental group events based on the Kunming PX event.Finally,effective countermeasures are put forward from the point of view of big data,through the combination of online and offline,developing contingency management plans,network public opinion monitoring,contingency management and other measures.It has great theoretical and practical significance to solve environmental group events timely and effectively.
