中医身体观的理论建构研究

Theory Construction Study on the Body Concept of Chinese Medicine

中医身体以"天-地-人"相互联系为思想背景,以"气—阴阳—五行"为思维模型,通过阴阳、五行、气使天地人之间相互感应、相互影响;身心一体和形与神俱是中医身体观的基本立场,以"形—气—心"的内外沟通完成中医内外相系,各部相连的整全的人的认识;同时,中医的身体体现为时空的身体,与经天纬地、贯古通今的宇宙之道相和,顺时而行,才能达至生命的最佳状态;中医身体观超越于生理性身体的认识,通过身国互喻,成为身国同构的身体。中医的身体观以自然身体的生命表现为基础,在全息融通的大生命中,展现为身心和、形神和,个人与社会、天地与自我相合的生命境界。

The body concept of Chinese medicine is based on the thought background of interrelation of Tian(heaven),Di(earth)and Ren(humans),and the thinking model of Qi,Yin and Yangand five elements which leads to the interaction and interplay among Tian(heaven),Di(earth)and Ren(humans).Body-mind integrity and body-spirit unity serves as the basic viewpoint in the body concept-a cognition for physically holistic human interconnected by body,Qi and mind in Chinese medicine.Meanwhile,the body concept embodies the harmony between space-time body and the long-standing way of universe,thus reaching the high-point of life in line with times.The body concept is a cognition for the unity of body and country through mutual metaphor,beyond the physical body,showing,on the basis of natural manifestations of body,a life state featuring body-mind harmony,body-spirit harmony,individual-society combination and combination of Tian(heaven),Di(earth)and Ren(humans)in interconnected life.
