我国产业结构与就业结构协同推进研究

Research on the Collaborative Promotion of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure

依据1978年至2014年的统计数据,应用定性与定量相结合的方法,对我国产业结构与就业结构是否协同推进的问题进行了研究,研究结果表明:我国产业结构与就业结构演进符合现代经济发展的一般规律,就业结构转化滞后于产业结构;我国产业结构与就业结构协同推进最好的是第三产业,第二产业次之,第一产业最差。因此,应从提升第一产业劳动力素质与发挥第二、第三产业各参与主体主观能动性的角度促进我国产业结构与就业结构的协同推进。

In order to clarify the problem of collaborative promotion between industrial structure and employment structure,the study was based on the data from 1978 to 2014and applied qualitative and quantitative research methods.The results show that the industrial structure and employment structure are in line with modern economic development general law,employment structure lags behind the transformation of industrial structure.As for the degree of the collaborative promotion,the highest is the third industry,then the secondary industry,the first industry the lowest.Measures should be taken to enhance the quality of labor and improve participants' enthusiasm.
