摘要
运用Hausmann模型构建的基于产品层面的出口复杂度指标对中部六省高技术产品出口复杂度进行了省际层面的测度,运用stata软件对2002-2015年中部六省技术产品出口技术复杂度影响因素进行了实证分析。实证结果表明:知识产权保护水平对高技术产品出口技术复杂度的影响为"倒U型"的走势,外商直接投资与实际人均GDP对中部六省高技术产品出口技术复杂度产生显著的正向影响,人力资本因素不显著但是其与知识产权保护水平的交互项对中部六省技术产品出口技术复杂度正向影响显著。中部六省需要培育各省份高技术产业的比较优势产业,同时,需要一个持续规范长效的知识产权执法制度,在保护知识产权的同时尽量避免产权垄断现象的产生。
Based on Hausmann’s export complexity index,this paper measured the export complexity of high-tech products from six provinces in central China on the provincial level,and used Stata to analyze the influencing factors of export technical complexity of six provinces in central China from 2002 to 2015.The empirical results show that,the impact of intellectual property protection on the technical complexity of high-tech products export showed an inverted U-shaped trend.FDI and real GDP per capita had a significant positive impact on the technical complexity of high-tech products export in the six central provinces.The human capital factor is not significant,but its interaction with the level of intellectual property protection has a significant positive impact on the technical complexity of the export of technological products in the six central provinces.Six central provinces need to cultivate the comparative advantage industries of high-tech industries in each province.At the same time,they need a sustainable and long-term law enforcement system of intellectual property rights to protect intellectual property while avoiding monopoly of property rights.
