摘要
高校研究生教育综合改革模式可归纳为要素式改革模式、过程式改革模式和主体式改革模式,三种改革模式在价值取向、改革逻辑、核心内容、设计方法和数量规模上存在明显差异。在改革价值取向上,分别为提升质量为导向的实用主义、提高效益效率的新制度主义和关注主体的人文主义;在改革逻辑上,分别为横向的研究生教育改革关键要素、纵向的研究生教育过程环节和参与改革或与改革密切相关的研究生教育相关主体;在改革的核心内容上,分别为研究生培养机制改革等三大要素、基于研究生教育过程的主要改革内容和改革主体的主体职责与改革举措。
The mode of comprehensive reform of graduate education in universities can be summed up as the factors-oriented model,the process oriented model and the subjectives oriented model.There are obvious differences in the value orientation,reform logic,core content,design method and quantity scale among the three reform models.The value orientation are the pragmatism aimed at enhancing the quality,the new institutionalism in order to improve the efficiency,and the humanism aimed at the subjects.The logic of reform has two dimensions that the longitudinal and the transverse,including the key factors of graduate education reform in the transverse and the process as well as stakeholders of graduate education reform in the longitudinal.The core of the reform is the reform of graduate student cultivation mechanism and other three elements,the main content of reform based on the graduate education process and the duties of reform subjects and reform measures as well.
