清末學者趙之謙所撰《漢學師承續記》,不分卷,手稿殘本三册,為赓續江藩《漢學師承記》之作。所記學者,起嘉慶初期,迄太平天國後,凡記錢大昭、錢侗、朱右曾、王念孫、王引之、汪萊、洪震煊、丁履恒、胡承珙、張澍、汪喜荀、劉文淇、龔鞏祚、凌堃、張穆、胡匡憲、胡秉虔、胡秉元、胡培翬、胡廷綬等二○人(另附録十九人,又附十五人,總五十四人),是一部未完成的著述。其撰著體例一依江書,遵漢學,嚴取捨;略生平,詳學術;叙事簡潔,論説得體。是一部研究清代中後期學術的重要著述。現整理發表,以饗學界。

Written by ZhaoZhiqian in Qing Dynasty,Cotnuation Biographies of Han Learning Scholars, an incomplete work,continues Biographiesof Han Learning Scholars of JiangFan. The Contnuation biographizes twenty scholars from JiaQing to Taiping Movement periods,including QianDazhao,QianTong,ZhuYouceng,WangNiansun,WangYinzhi,WangLai,HongZhengxuan,DingLuheng,HuChenggong,zhangShu,WangXixun,LiuWenqi,GongGongzuo,LingKun,ZhangMu,HuKuangxian,HuBingqian,HuBingy uan,Hupeihui 9 HuTing-shou.Counting nineteen in the first appendix and fifteen in the second one,the Continuation records total fifty four scholars.On the basis of JiangFan's work,thestyle of the Continuation follows the tradition of Han Learning absolutely,and selects scholars strictly.It is brief about lives of all scholars,but detailed about their scholarship.Its narrative is terse,and its comment is appropriate.Inshort,the Continuation is so important for studying the Learning of middle and later Qing Dynasty that we sort out and publish itfor the benefit of the academic world.
