《歷代詞話》是詞學研究中較多使用的一部著作,但這部編定于清初的詞話却存在着大量的文獻問題,學界對此一直未給予應有的重視。論文分析了《歷代詞話》一書的主要文獻來源,列舉其對《古今詞話》、《詞苑叢談》等書的抄襲及誤改,並對該書徵引的諸多詞學文獻作了細緻考察,說明了此類文獻的不足之處。
