摘要
目的:探讨大气中不同粒径的颗粒物对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:运用DFJ-1型5段分级采样器采集太原市大气颗粒物。用原子吸收分光光度法测定不同粒径颗粒物中6种重金属元素Pb、Mn、Ni、Co、As、Zn的含量。用脾淋巴细胞转化功能、NK细胞活性、白介素2(IL-2)活性和T细胞亚群分析观察不同粒径颗粒物提取物对小鼠的免疫毒性。结果:颗粒物中Pb、Mn、As、Zn含量较高,Ni、Co含量较低。70%~80%富集在≤2.0μm的颗粒上。>2.0μm的高剂量组和≤2.0μm的中、高剂量组对小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化功能有明显抑制作用,能降低脾脏NK细胞活性,降低脾淋巴细胞IL-2活性,还可使淋巴细胞亚群L3T4降低,Ly-2增高。结论:不同粒径颗粒物提取物对小鼠的细胞免疫功能均有一定的抑制作用,尤以≤2.0μm的抑制作用较强。
Objective:To identify immunetoxicity of different diamtert airborne particles.Method:Airborne particles samples were collected using five stage classificationair sampler,The content of six metals,including Pb、Mn 、Ni 、Co 、As 、Zn in different diameter airborne particles was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The immunetoxicity was determined by the activity of mitogenic response of T lymphocyte,lymphocyte interleukin-2(IL-2)production activity,natural killer cell(NK cell)activity and analysis of T lymphocytic subgroups of mice.Results:The content of Pb、Mn 、As 、Zn was higher than Ni 、Co about 70%~80%of Pb、Ni 、As 、Zn was concentrated in the≤2.0μm particles.The extract of different diameter airborne particles inhibited mitogenic response of T lymphocyte,decreased IL-2production activity and NK cell activity,decreased the number of L 3 T 4 and increased the number of Ly-2.Conclusion:The extract of different diameter airborne particles had immunetoxicity to a certain degree,especially≤2.0μm particles having stronger immunetoxicty.
