舌下含服米索前列醇用于足月妊娠催产的观察

OBSERVATION STUDY ON OXYTOCIC EFFECT OF MISOPOSTAL BY SUBLINGUAL MEDICATION FOR WOMEN WITH COMPLETE PREGNANCY

目的:探讨舌下含服米索前列醇对各种原因需要引产的单胎头位足月妊娠孕妇的催产作用。方法:选择82例孕37～42周有引产指征胎膜早破、过期妊娠、胎盘功能老化、轻度妊高征、死胎等的单胎头位孕妇,随机分为米索组(观察组)、缩宫素组(对照组)各41例。观察组给予0.1g米索前列醇舌下含服,对照组采用0.5%缩宫素静脉点滴。结果:观察组潜伏期犤(243.659±83.389)min犦、活跃期犤(138.049±49.255)min犦明显缩短,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);产程追加宫颈封闭,两组比较显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:舌下含服米索前列醇用于足月妊娠催产素安全有效、操作简便。

Objective:To investigate the effect of misoprostol by sublingual administration on the induced labor of pregnant women,who were suffering from monocyesis,normal position of fetal head,and complete pregnancy and in need of an induced labor for different reasons.Method:82case of pregnant women with the monocyesis and the normal position of fetal head were picked out ,who were pregnant for37～42w and showed the indications such as the premature rupture of fetal membranes,the aging of placenta caused by prolonged pregnancy,and dead fetus associated with low-grade hypertension of pregnancy etc.The82women were randomly divided into2groups:observed group(misoprostal group)and control group(oxytocin group).The pregnant women in observed group were administered misopostal of0.1mg by sublingual administration and those in control group were done by intravenous drip of0.5%oxytocin.Results:Both the incubation period [(243.659±83.389)min ] and the active stage[(138.049±49.255)min]were obviously cut down in the observed group,and there also existed an obvious difference between them(P<0.01);a blockade was also done again to the neck of uterus during stages of laborand,and there also existed an obvious difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostal by sublingual administration is safe,effective,and simple for the induced labor of women with complete pregnancy.
