摘要
系统地描述了丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的配方设计,单体、乳化剂、引发剂、链转移剂、pH调节剂以及保护胶体等组份在制备丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液过程中所起的作用以及对所制得共聚物乳液性能的影响。讨论了反应温度,搅拌强度,加料方式对丙烯酸酯乳液聚合及性能的影响。
This paper described the formulation design of acrylate copolymerical emulsion systematically, such as various component of monomer, emulsion, initiator, chain transferred agent, pH regulator and protect colloid,etc. , and their actions and effects on the performances of acrylate copolymerical emulsion. What’s more, the paper also discussed that polymerization temperature, stir intensity and drip velocity influence the performances of acrylate copolymerical emulsion.
