丹参渗漉工艺的研究

Percolation Technique of Salvia miltiorrhiza

通过对丹参的乙醇渗漉工艺进行正交试验,以乙醇的浓度对丹参酮ⅡA的提取率及浸膏得率的影响为考察指标研究丹参乙醇冷渗的合理工艺条件。试验表明当乙醇的浓度为90%的时候为最佳条件。

The extraction process of percolation technique of Salvia miltiorrhiza was studied by orthogonal design method. Experimental Results of extracting ratios of the extract and tanshinoneⅡA show that key factor influencing the extraction efficiency is the concentration of alcohol and the best concentration is 90%.
