摘要 双链RNA依赖型蛋白激酶(PKR)是由干扰素诱导的、具有抗病毒活性的蛋白激酶。本文介绍了PKR的分子结构特征,并对PKR激活机制进行探讨。 The double-stranded RNA-dependent protein kinase (PKR) is an interferon-inducible enzyme that possesses antiviral activities. In this article, the structure of PKR was introduced and activation mechanism of PKR was discussed.
