Qian Xuesen’s Theory for Meadowland Industry and Construction of Socialist New Pasturing Zone

根据钱学森提出的知识密集型草产业理论,结合我国草原的发展现状,提出社会主义新牧区建设的关键就是要充分利用草产业将生物链变为效益链和就业链。强调发展草产业是建设社会主义新牧区的重要途径。

Based on the theory of knowledge intensive meadowland industry forwarded by the well-known scientist professor Qian Xuesen,considering the present situation of meadowland development,the authors put forward here an idea that the key of constructing a new socialist pasturing zone is to make full use of the meadowland industry to turn the biological chain into chains of efficiency and employ- ment.Therefore,to develop meadowland industry is an important path for construction of socialist new pasturing zone.
