PP/PP-g-DBM/CaCO3复合材料的力学性能研究

摘要 以聚丙烯接枝马来酸二丁酯(PP-g-DBM)作为聚丙烯(PP)/CaCO<sub>3</sub>复合材料的界面改性剂,研制了PP/PP-g-DBM/CaCO<sub>3</sub>复合材料,并且讨论了PP-g-DBM对聚丙烯/CaCO<sub>3</sub>复合材料的力学性能的影响。结果表明:当CaCO<sub>3</sub>含量为30%时,其抗冲性能达到6 kJ/m<sup>2</sup>,相对于原料聚丙烯提高了20%;且较大程度地改善了分散相CaCO<sub>3</sub>在连续相聚丙烯中的分散状态。 Polypropylene was grafted with dibutyl maleate and then used as interface modification agent to pre- pare composite material of polypropylene/CaCO3.The influence of PP-g-DBM on the mechanical properties of the composite material was also discussed.The results showed that the impact strength,when CaCO3 content being 30%,can reach to 6 kJ/m2,which is 20% higher than that of raw polypropylene,while the disperse state of the discontinuous phase of CaCO3 particles in PP matrix is significantly increased.
