摘要
对秦岭龙胆(Gentiana apiata)全草采用体积分数70%的乙醇超声提取,AB-8大孔树脂吸附,用不同体积分数乙醇梯度洗脱,粗分为4段,每段再反复用硅胶柱层析分离纯化,得到Y-1和Y-2两个化合物,经理化性质和有机波谱鉴定,确定其为山柰酚和伞形花内酯,这两个化合物系首次从秦岭龙胆中发现。
Two compounds(Y-1 and Y-2)were isolated and purified from the whole herb of Gentiana apiata N.E.Br.for the first time by means of volume fraction 70% ethanol ultrasonic extraction, macroporous absorption resin AB-8,gradient elution with different volume fraction of alcohol and re- peated silica gel column chromatography,and the two compounds were identified as kaempferol(Y-1)and umbelliferone(Y-2)by the analysis of their physicochemical properties and spectral data.
