民办高校学风建设初探

On Construction of Study Style in Private Colleges

从民办高校学风建设的调查入手,阐述了目前民办高校学风建设存在的问题,并从学生、教师、管理者三个方面分析原因,提出了加强管理与服务、提高教师教学水平、通过各种教育方法激发学生内在学习动力等对策,以促进良好学风的形成。

This paper expounds the present problems in the construction of study style in private colleges starting from the investigation,analyses the reasons from students,teachers and supervisors,puts for- ward some countermeasures to strengthen management and service,improves teaching level,and inspires student’s intrinsic motivation to learn through various educational methods for the formation of a good study style.
