Performance Management of Knowledge Team in Enterprise

摘要 通过对知识团队特征(团队任务的高社交性、团队成员的强成长需求性和管理手段的非传统性)的归纳,指出知识团队缋效评估还需要考虑周边绩效和适应性绩效,由此提出了知识团队绩效管理的一些对策,即建立知识团队持续学习机制,构建合适的绩效评价机制,构建知识团队成员与团队的双成长模式和建立知识团队心理契约。 This article summarizes features of knowledge team:high sociability of team task,strong growth need of team members and non-traditional management,points out that the team performance should also be evaluated by periphery performance and adaptive performance,and proposes some coun- termeasures to establish continual learning mechanism,suitable mechanism for performance evaluation, dual growing model of the team and members and psychological contract of the team for the performance management.
