File Management of Private College and University Journals

结合民办高校学报档案管理工作的实践及其特殊性,介绍了此项工作的重要意义,分析了学报档案的收集、整理和利用方法,提出了对学报档案管理人员的基本素质要求,并阐述了民办高校学报档案管理信息化建设的必要性。

The importance of journal archives management was introduced,the collection,arrangement and utilization of the archives were analyzed,basic requirements for the quality of the archives managerial personnel were outlined,and the necessity of the informationization construction for the management based on the particularity and practice in private colleges and universities was illustrated.
