摘要
对核盘菌的重寄生茼盾壳霉产生的几丁质酶的基本性质进行了研究,结果表明:盾壳霉几丁质酶酶促反应的最适温度为50℃,最适pH 8.0;当温度不高于50℃、pH 5.0~9.0的范围内酶活性较稳定;一些金属离子Mg<sup>2+</sup>、Fe<sup>2+</sup>、Ca<sup>2+</sup>、Ba<sup>2+</sup>和Mn<sup>2+</sup>等对盾壳霉几丁质酶活性有促进作用,而另外两种金属离子Zn<sup>2+</sup>和Cu<sup>2+</sup>对盾壳霉几丁质酶活性具有抑制作用;一定浓度的草酸(1~4 mmol/L)和硼酸(25~75 mmol/L)可提高几丁质酶的活性。并且就影响盾壳霉几丁质酶活性因子的生物学意义和潜在的利用价值进行了讨论。
Essential characters of chitinase produced by Coniothyrium minitans in mycoparasitism on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were studied.The results showed that the activity of the chitinase was opti- mized under 50℃and pH 8.0,stable in the pH value range from 5.0 to 9.0,improved by some metal cations,including Mg2+,Fe2+,Ca2+,Ba2+and Mn2+,inhibited by Zn2+and Cu2+,and increased by boric acid at 25~75 mmol/L and oxalic acid at 1~4 mmol/L.Importance of these factors affecting the chiti- nase activity and their potential applications in biological control were also discussed.
