摘要
以TC-100、Grace’s作为昆虫细胞低血清或无血清培养的基础培养基时,需补加一定量的取代因子脂类复合物、激素以及微量元素等。为了取代高成本的进口商业化酯类复合物,将从鸡蛋黄中提取的磷脂配制成蛋黄脂乳液,用于棉铃虫细胞HzAm1的驯化及浓度测定。结果表明:最大细胞浓度提高了31.7%,比单纯TC—100培养基提高了117.2%,其改进效果明显。
TC-100 and Grace’s were used as basal media of low serum or serum-free culture for insect cell,and some displacement factors including lipid emulsion,hormone and mieroelements were added. In order to replace the imported high-cost commercial lipids,the phospholipid emulsion extracted from hen yolk was used for domestication and concentration determination of Helcoverap armigera cell HzAml.The results showed that the maximal cell concentration increased by 31.7%,which was 117.2% higher than TC-100 medium.The improved efficiency was very evident.
