纳豆中微生物絮凝剂产生菌的筛选及其絮凝活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 从食品纳豆中分离得到一株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌Nt-2~#,用高岭土法测得其发酵液絮凝率为96.1%,与常用的絮凝剂硫酸铝和市售复合微生物净水剂Ⅰ型比较,在投加量、絮凝率等方面具明显优势;将Nt-2~#发酵液与硫酸铝和复合微生物净水剂Ⅰ型混合使用,具有显著加强絮凝的作用,使二者的絮凝率分别提高15%和91%。初步用于净化东湖水试验结果表明,可使湖水净化速度加快,水中溶氧量增加60%。
