摘要
从复方中药抗癌散中提取得到人参皂苷Rg1,用壳聚糖与多聚磷酸钠采用离子交联法制备人参皂苷Rg1的纳米微球。考察了载药微球的包载性能及释放性能,结果表明,人参皂苷Rg1的载药微球能够被控制释放,且释放时间超过3d。
Ginsenoside Rgl was distilled from Chinese Traditional Medicine named Kangaisan.Nanopar- ticles with ginsenoside Rg1 were prepared based on ionic cross linking of chitosan and tripolyphosphate, and their encapsulation efficiency and release efficiency were investigated.Results showed that the nano- particles with ginsenoside Rg1 have controlled release property for more than 3 days.
