摘要
总结了阿尔茨海默病(AD)的多种发病机制以及中药和传统中医治疗方法针灸对该病各种发病机制的干预作用;分析了各种发挥干预作用的中药单体以友复方组成;归纳了某些经过系统研究的中药单体或复方的多方面的干预作用。分析表明中药及针灸的此类干预作用可能成为其临床应用的重要基础,由此指出中药及针灸可能成为治疗AD的有效手段。
The pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease(AD)and the interventional effects of traditional Chi- nese medicine and acupuncture on it were summarized,it was analyzed that the category of Chinese herb- al monomer and compound prescription which have versatile interventional effects from systematical re- searches.The results indicate that the interventional effects might be the key foundation of their clinical applications,and traditional Chinese:medicine and acupuncture might be the effective treatments on AD.
