萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸对含笑水中扦插插穗生根的影响

Effects of Naphthylacetic Acid and Indolebutyric Acid on Cutting and Rooting of Michelia figo in Water

探索了两种不同生长素萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)对含笑(Michelia figo)水中扦插插穗生根的影响。NAA和IBA各设置3个质量浓度梯度,即1、3、5 mg/L,以清水为对照;设置2、4、6 h 3个时间水平,对含笑插穗进行处理。结果表明:NAA和IBA均在质量浓度为3 mg/L时对插穗生根时间、生根率、生根数效果最好,而处理时间却影响不大。

The effects of two auxins naphthylacetic acid(NAA) and indolebutyric acid(IBA) on cutting and rooting of Michelia figo in water were reported.The NAA and IBA concentrations in water were 1 mg/L,3 mg/L and 5 mg/L,respectively,and the treating durations were 2 hours,4 hours and 6 hours respectively.The results showed that the optimum concentration of NAA or IBA was 3 mg/L,but different treating time had little effect on cutting and rooting duration,rooting ratio and the number of rooting.
