构建多元化的高校招生考试评价录取新体系 被引量:1

Construction of New Diversified System for University Student Recruitment Evaluation

摘要 提出高校招生考试制度改革应坚持以人为本,促进发展,应以教育的本质和高考定位、转型期的差异化特点、国外高考改革的经验及国情实际为依据;阐明了建立新体系有助于促进教育公平、有助于人才脱颖而出、有助于中学素质教育、有助于高校自主办学的意义;构建了标准化考试、多元化评价、综合性评审、差异化标准、多方式录取、双向性选择的新体系框架。 Based on the nature of education,the orientation of college entrance examination,the variation characteristic in the transitional period and the experiences of foreign college entrance examination reform and Chinese national conditions,this article expounds that the university recruitment of students test system reform should stick to human-orientation to develop and establish the principles which are helpful to the educational equity,bringing up the talented persons,the middle school quality education and the universities’ independence in order to construct a new system of standard test,diversified appraisal, comprehensive evaluation,difference standard,multimodal enrollment and divergent selection.
