全流程免施药丁桂鱼水库网箱养殖技术研究 被引量:1

Study on Technology of Drug-Free Tench(Tinca tinca)Reservoir Net-Cage Culture in Whole Process

摘要 "全流程免施药丁桂鱼水库网箱养殖技术"系由武汉生物工程学院、湖北省水产科学研究所、宜昌市水产技术推广站提出、试验并总结推广。该技术已在丁桂鱼的鱼种及成鱼养殖两个阶段取得成功。鱼种养殖在15个渔场的100只网箱放养了50万尾全长2~4 cm的鱼苗,共获得48万尾全长8~12 cm的大规格丁桂鱼鱼种,养殖成活率96%。成鱼养殖在41个养殖场的180只网箱投放全长5~8 cm、体重3.8 g的丁桂鱼种53万尾,共收获商品鱼140 775 kg。整个试验期间没有使用任何药物。试验养殖获得的产品分别抽样送国内外权威检测机构检测,其品质优异。全流程免施药丁桂鱼水库网箱养殖核心技术包括8个方面,创新点包括3个方面。 Technology of drug-free tench(Tinca tinca) reservoir net-cage culture in whole process (DTRNCWP) was proposed,tested,summarized and popularized by Wuhan Bioengineering Institute, Hubei Province Fisheries Research Institute and Yichang Aquatic Tech.Application Station.This technology had succeeded in both fingerling nursing and adult fish culture stages.In fingerling stage,500 000 fish with initial length of 2~4 cm stocked in 100 net-cages of 15 fish farms,and 480 000 fish with total length of 8~12 cm and survival rate of 96%were obtained at the end of growing season.In adult tench culture stage,530 000 fish with beginning length ranged 5~8 cm and a mean weight of 3.8 g were stocked and marketable fish of 140 775 kg were obtained at the end of growing season.No drugs were used in the experiment.The marketable tench fish from the experiment were sampled and determined by both domestic and aboard authorized detecting organs and the result showed the product quality was excellent. The core techniques of DTRNCWP included eight aspects and three innovative points.
