摘要
研究了蔗糖和其它5种有机附加物对银杏愈伤组织生长及黄酮积累的影响。结果表明:供试浓度30 g/L的蔗糖最有利于愈伤组织生长,60 g/L的蔗糖加入培养基中黄酮含量最高;10 mL/L的椰乳、1 mL/L的芦荟汁、15 mL/L的蜂蜜、50 mL/L的银杏胚乳汁能促进愈伤组织生物量的提高,而银杏叶汁对愈伤组织生长作用不明显;200 mL/L的椰乳、5 mL/L的芦荟汁、1 mL/L的蜂蜜、32.6 mL/L的银杏叶汁能有效提高黄酮含量,但银杏胚乳的作用不明显。
The effects of sucrose and other five natural organic affixtures on ginkgo(Ginkgo biloba)callus growth and flavonoids content were reported.Results showed:The test of 30 g/L sucrose was the best for callus growth and the test of 60 g/L sucrose was the highest for flavonoids content respectively;The callus growth index was significantly improved by other natural organic affixtues including 10 mL/L coconut milk,1 mL/L asparagus juice,15 mL/L honey and 50 mL/L ginkgo endosperm juice,but not significantly by ginkgo leaf juice;The flavonoids content was significantly improved by 200 mL/L coconut milk,5 mL/L asparagus juice,1 mL/L honey and 32.6 mL/L ginkgo leaf juice,but not significantly by ginkgo endosperm juice.
