摘要
模拟土壤压实,测定压实土壤对树木生理生化指标的影响。研究表明,压实土壤下3种树木乐昌含笑、深山含笑和大叶冬青叶片脯氨酸及丙二醛含量均发生改变,随着土壤压实强度增强,各树种脯氨酸含量及丙二醛含量均呈上升趋势,与对照相比,两指标在重度压实下上升趋势最明显。乐昌含笑、深山含笑和大叶冬青的脯氨酸分别平均上升了61.44%、149%及65.15%,丙二醛平均上升了66.01%、37.29%及42.67%。方差分析表明,重度压实各树木叶片脯氨酸含量及丙二醛含量与对照下的含量差异显著。
The effect of soil compaction on physiologic and biochemical indexes of three trees(Michelia chapensis,Michelia maudiae and Ilex latifola) was evaluated.The result showed that the proline and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents of the three trees increased with the soil compaction strength;and compared with the contrast,the proline contents for Michelia chapensis,Michelia maudiae and Ilex latifola could increase respectively by 61.44%,149%and 65.15%and the MDA increase respectively by 66.01%,37.29%and 42.67%.Beside this,correlation analysis represented positive correlation for the contents of proline and MDA between the high soil density and the contrast.
