摘要
以脂肪族异氰酸酯、聚酯二元醇等合成水性聚氨酯,通过以共聚方式与掺混方式加入γ-异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷对水性聚氨酯进行交联改性。用DSC、TGA及动态力学分析等研究了γ-异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷对水性聚氨酯性能的影响。实验结果表明:γ-异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷的加入量在3.0 g/100 g以下时无论以共混还是共聚方式加入,均能提高水性聚氨酯的防水性、耐热性、硬度及抗冲击性能,并且以共聚方式加入的效果更优。
The isophorone diiocyanate(IPDI) and polycaprolactone(PCL ) were used to prepare water-borne polyurethane(WPU) by copolymerization method and blending method,and the WPU was modified byγ-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane(IPTS).The effects of IPTS content on the thermal and mechanical properties of WPU were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The experiment results showed that the waterproof ability,heat resistant, hardness and impact resistance of WPU were all improved when the addition quantity of IPTS was lower than 3.0 g/100 g,whether the blending method or copolymerization method was applied,but the properties of WPU by the copolymerization method were better.
